Browse through this year's Berlin Art Week programme recommendation with these four online and print magazines

Berlin Art Week 2020 is coming up soon and the programme of exhibitions, openings, art fairs, tours, and specials wants to be studied carefully. Four online and print magazines will help with selected programme recommendations for this year’s edition. Let yourself be inspired!

In the new Weltkunst issue, Christiane Meixner presents the programme of Berlin Art Week on a total of eight pages. The feature ›3 Tage in Berlin‹ invites you to take an art walk with lots of open air installations and trips to C/O Berlin, Kunstsaele Berlin, Galerie Tanja Wagner, and PalaisPopulaire, among others. The online magazine Berlin Art Link has announced its hit list 2020 for Berlin Art Week. Included are: ›Studio Berlin‹, a group show at club Berghain, the IBB-Video Space of Berlinische Galerie with the video work ›Swinguerra‹ by Bárbara Wagner and Benjamin de Burca, and the private collection Fluentum showing the latest works by Christian Jankowski. On Artnet you will get personal highlights from nine dedicated curators. Lisa Long, curator of Julia Stoschek Collection, is particularly looking forward to the juxtaposition of Vivian Suter’s works with those of the Brücke artists at Brücke-Museum. Fabian Schönreich, former curator of Portikus in Frankfurt, recommends the exhibition by Lerato Shadi which will open on 12 SEP at Kindl―Centre for Contemporary Art. You willfind a personal guide to Berlin Art Week in the small handy booklet by the city magazine tip Berlin. Open-air recommendations refer to Hans Haacke’s intervention ›We (all) are the people‹. For inside, the discursive programme ›EC(centri)City―The Eccentric City‹ at Akademie der Künste at Hanseatenweg and the exhibition at Times Art Center Berlin are recommended.
