For individuals with reduced mobility, wheelchairs or prams, the Gropius Bau can be accessed via the barrier-free entrance located to the left of the main entrance. The building provides barrier-free access to all three exhibition floors. Wheelchairs and portable museum stools are available to loan from the cloakroom. Accessible toilets are located on the basement level (all gender toilet) and first floor. Medically required attendants for people with severe disabilities will be admitted free of charge. I.U.D. is the percussion duo Lizzi Bougatsos (Gang Gang Dance) and Sadie Laska (Growing, Extreme Violence) who infuse industrial noise with abrasive screams and inventive drum work. Their album, The Proper Sex has gained cult status in the New York noise scene. During the 15 years they have been performing, I.U.D has traversed DIY venues and several continents and collaborated with artists such as Kim Gordon and Spencer Sweeney.
