Access: HAU2 is accessible without stairs. There are two designated parking spaces next to the building (on Großbeerenstraße). There is a ramp and a lift that can be operated without assistance. The doors to the box office and evening box office open and close with the touch of a button, located to the left of the door. Sanitary facilities: There are sanitary facilities for people with disabilities. Four relaxed seats are available in the first row of HAU2. Tickets for wheelchair users and accompanying persons can also be booked via the ticketing system. Bar: The CAN bar opens one hour before the start of each event. The entrance is at ground level.
Accompanying the performance of Anan Fries’ “Resurrect In Peace (R.I.P.),” an installation and discourse programme will take place at HAU2 in cooperation with Contemporary Arts Alliance Berlin and DKB FOUNDATION: “[POSTHUMAN WOMBS]” by Anan Fries is a tender journey into an immersive landscape inhabited by pregnant posthumans. The multiplayer game “A Travelogue of Morphing Bodies” by Janne Kummer and Anton Krause examines body norms in a meritocracy from a queer-feminist perspective. The project impressively combines virtual reality, gaming and computing with current body theories. There will also be a screening of the video works “Bodies” by Jonas Blume and Carla Streckwall's “The Perfect Human Being”. The first discussion will focus on how digital technologies are transforming the aesthetics of artists. The second panel will be dedicated to the virtual extension of the human body.
