The Jochen Kienzle Collection has been continuously expanded since the 1980s. One focus of the collection is art from the 1970s from the US, especially New York, and Europe. The art scene in New York at that time shaped the perspective of collector Jochen Kienzle, who initiated and realized various exhibitions in Germany following his stays in the USA that focused on contemporary artistic connections between the USA and Germany. Some works from the collection can be viewed in his private premises.
