POSITIONS Berlin Art Fair 2024

With sections designed to make starting an art collection easier, to spark interest in fashion, in young and emerging artists, in digital art, and in internationally successful works, the art fair has been pursuing its mission for eleven years. Located at Tempelhof Airport, POSITIONS occupies a spectacular space with an industrial flair, featuring visible steel beams and 14-meter-high walls. It intentionally avoids high-gloss finishes and closed white cubes, creating room for change and new formats. One such example is this year's focus on South Korea. Alongside the global enthusiasm for K-pop and Korean cuisine, the South Korean art market is also rapidly growing. This year, the fair celebrates the increasing significance and mutual interest with a special focus: six galleries offering a glimpse into South Korea's vibrant art scene.
