CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Raffle—Berlin Art Week bags 2024

Any adult can take part in the raffle, with exception of employees of Kulturprojekte Berlin GmbH and their relatives. 

The closing date for the survey and raffle is Tuesday, 1 OCT 2024, at 11:59 pm. Notification is given within one week after closing date. The winners will be informed via e-mail. If the winner does not reply within two weeks time, the claim to the prize expires and no new winner will be determined. 

The winners will be determined by lottery from all entries. Multiple participation is excluded.

20 winners will each receive 1 Berlin Art Week tote bag 2024. 

Winnings cannot be paid out in cash. 

The prizes will only be sent within Germany. 

The collection of the requested personal data serves exclusively to carry out the raffle. The data will not be passed on to third parties. The postal address will be stored for the purpose and for the duration of the raffle but will be deleted at the end of the campaign. 

By leaving the postal address, the participant accepts the conditions of participation and data protection declaration. 

Legal recourse is excluded. 

The raffle has no connection to Meta and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Meta. Responsible is solely the organizer of Berlin Art Week (Kulturprojekte Berlin GmbH).
