- 5cl Volée Aperitif Naturel
- Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit
- A squeeze of lemon juice
- A pinch of sea salt
- A grapefruit slice
Pour 5cl of Volée into a glass filled with ice. Pour in Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit and a squeeze of lemon juice. Add a pinch of sea salt and garnish with a slice of grapefruit. The result is a sparkling drink with a sophisticated balance of freshness, acidity and a hint of sea salt.
