During her residency at the Haubrok Foundation, Seongwon Park explores vacant buildings in Berlin-Lichtenberg as spaces of absence, waiting, and transformation. Drawing on architectures that have lost their original function, she creates drawings, paintings, and sculptures that reflect on memory, identity, and the future. Her work invites viewers to reconsider the relationship between people and the spaces they inhabit, and to understand absence not as an ending, but as a condition filled with potential.
